International shipping charges do not include customs and I have no control over your Countries Custom policy or time frame. All international shipping includes insurance. Returns:
Lingerie: Due to the nature of the product, and for sanitary reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL...Any defects must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, but all exchange items will be shipped free of charge.
Jewelry: If it is not exactly what you were looking for, give me a chance to make it right. Send it back and let me know what you want and I will do my best to accommodate.
